refund policy

All sales are final. Every pack page shows you exactly what is in the pack before you buy, the files are delivered immediately, and they cannot be returned once downloaded. Please look at the previews carefully before paying.

we will always fix delivery

A sale is final; delivery is not optional. If you paid and cannot get your files, that is our problem to solve, and we will keep at it until it is solved:

• Your download link never expires — re-download any time, on any device.
• Lost the email? Ask for it again at /recover and we will send it straight back.
• If a file is corrupt or genuinely not what the pack page described, email support@flashpxl.com and we will replace it — or refund you if we cannot.
• If you were charged twice for the same pack, we refund the duplicate. Always.

we do not refund

• A change of mind about a pack that downloaded correctly.
• Buying the wrong pack when the pack page showed what it contained.
• Not liking the artwork you could see in the previews before paying.

your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with a statutory cancellation period, you normally have a right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. For digital content that right ends once you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing it, which is what you confirm at checkout before paying. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have by law, and where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude, the law wins.
