terms of sale

These terms cover your purchase of digital wallpaper packs from flashpxl, operated by FlashPxl OÜ of Kari 5, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond 10311, Estonia. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

what you are buying

You are buying a personal licence to download and use the image files in the pack you purchased. You are not buying the copyright, which stays with flashpxl.

what you may do

• Use the wallpapers on any device you personally own, for as long as you like.
• Keep your own backup copies.

what you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files, including by re-uploading them anywhere.
• Use them in a commercial product, advertisement, or client work.
• Claim authorship of them, or sell prints or merchandise made from them.

delivery

Your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout and is also shown on the confirmation page. It does not expire — re-download any time, on any device. If you lose it, ask for it again at /recover, or email support@flashpxl.com.

Links are rate limited, so a link that is shared publicly will be slowed down, and one that is clearly being distributed may be disabled. If that happens to you in good faith, email us and we will issue a new one.

payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, exclude any tax that may apply where you live.

refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

liability

The wallpapers are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
